To provide a small-sized intruder management device installed unattendedly where when a person enters or goes out from a facility, a lighting device is lighted at night, a video camera photographs the intruder for a prescribed time, a video recorder records the image in the unit of frames, and the video recording is made within a prescribed time at the entrance/going out of the person so as to allow one video cassette tape to record the image for a long time.

The intruder management device is provided with a sensor 2 that senses entrance/going out of an intruder within an intruder sensing area, a lighting device 5 that emits a light toward the area when the sensor 2 senses the intruder at night, a video camera 3 that photographs the area when the sensor 2 senses the intruder, a timer circuit 7 that limits the photographing by the camera 3 to a prescribed time, a video recorder 9 that records the photographed image, and a signal processing section 6 that controls a detection signal among the devices above.
