Abstract:
To provide an invention evaluating device etc. to make it possible to grasp the similarity between invention information and prior art information with a simple operation and capable of providing appropriate information according to the type of similarity.SOLUTION: An invention evaluating device according to one embodiment of the present invention comprises: an acquisition part to acquire invention information from a user terminal; an extraction part to extract similar invention information that similarity with the invention information meets predetermined criteria; an examination information acquisition part; and an output part to output the information related to the similar invention information and the examination information to the user terminal, where the examination information acquisition part acquires the examination information related to an examination of a claim of the similar invention information for the claim of the similar invention information that the similarity between the description of claims of the similar invention information and the invention information meets the prescribed criteria out of the similar invention information. The acquisition part acquires, from the user terminal, selection information related to the selection of at least one of the similar invention information to output a claim chart and the examination information out of the extracted similar invention information and the examination information related to the similar invention information. The output part outputs at least one of the selected similar invention information and the examination information based on the selection information, and outputs the claim chart of the invention information.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
