PURPOSE: To carry out leveling work by automatically setting a leveling plate at a position of proper height in shield construction.
CONSTITUTION: A rope 10 wound around a take-up drum 9 of a motor 6 for lifting is fixed on a support member 11 of a leveling plate 5, the vertical downward leveling plate 5 is supported and a position holding means 8 is installed on the support member 11, and the position holding means 8 transmits a height position of the leveling plate 5 to a height control device 7 through a girth 12. The leveling plate 5 goes up and down in accordance with expansion of the rope 10 by actuation of the motor 6 for lifting, the height control device 7 is actuated through the position holding means 8 interlocked with lifting of the leveling plate 5 and the girth 12, and theleveling plate 5 is controlled in height within a set range. Consequently, invert concrete leveling work is mechanized and working performance is improved, and it contributes to shortening of a construction period and improvement of quality.
