Abstract:
To provide a suitable coplanar inverted-F ferroelectric antenna.
The coplanar inverted-F ferroelectric antenna 100 comprises a first dielectric layer 1000, a counterpoise layer 1002, an inverted-F radiator 1004, and capacitor circuits 1010, 1012, 1014 wherein the capacitor circuit comprises a bias voltage feed 1010, a first ferroelectric capacitor 1012, and a bias voltage block capacitor 1014. The coplanar inverted-F ferroelectric antenna 100 resonates on a frequency responsive to the dielectric constant of a ferroelectric material.
