PURPOSE: To make drain holes inconspicuous and discharge water smoothly and rapidly.

CONSTITUTION: In an inverted tube container in which a discharge cap 2 is fitted to a mouth-neck part 11 of a tube container body 1, and a cover body 3 is openably/closeably fitted to the discharge cap 2 through a hinge 4, a corner part 22 of an outer peripheral edge of a peripheral wall 21 of the discharge cap 2 is chamfered. A plurality of discharge cap drain holes 23 are formed in appropriate positions in a chamfered part 221. An outer peripheral edge of a top wall 31 of the cover body 3 is projected in a small-height cylindrical form. A plurality of cover body drain holes 33 are formed in the projected edge so as to be opened to the inner peripheral surface of the projected edge. The discharge cap drain holes 23 and the cover body drain holes 33 are made to positionally correspond to each other.
