The inverter apparatus 2 has two modes including a system linking operation mode for linking a commercial power system 14 and a self-operating mode for self-operating independent of the commercial power system 14, and includes an inverter 4 for converting DC power received from a DC power supply of a solar cell array 1 into AC power, a control section 8 for controlling an operation of the inverter apparatus 2, the plug 11 for outputting the AC power converted by the inverter 4, and the load connecting outlet 10 disposed on a path of a power supply line for connecting the inverter 4 and the plug 11 and outputting the AC power.
