In an inverter control device controlling a hybrid vehicle comprising an engine 1 and a motor, the inverter control device includes an inverter connected to the motor and a control means for controlling the inverter. The control means includes a command value calculation means for calculating a first command value controlling the inverter on the basis of a torque command value of the motor set in response to the state of the hybrid vehicle and for calculating a second command value for adjusting the first command value to cause the pulsation of electric power of the motor generated by pulsation of torque of the engine 1 to be consumed by the motor.
