Abstract:
PURPOSE:To uniformly and effectively cool devices by disposing a semiconductor section which forms an inverter at the lower portion of an inverter device and a DC reactor on the uppermost section. CONSTITUTION:A partition wall 2 is provided at the front of a frame 1, and a rectifier and a semiconductor section 6 which has a semiconductor and a heat sink unit of an inverter circuit are provided under the wall 2. A blower 11 is provided on the upper surface of the frame 1, and a door 3 with a handle 4 is provided on the front surface. Cooling air by the blower 11 cools the section 6, and is exhausted upward through an AC reactor 17, a commutation capacitor 9, a commutation reactor 10 and a DC reactor 18.
