PURPOSE: To obtain a means for reducing a bad influence of a harmonic component at a low cost and with certainly by providing a conductive layer formed by spraying a conductive metal to the surface opposed to a rotor in a stator or the surface opposed to the stator in the rotor.
CONSTITUTION: In a rotor core 12, a conductive layer 18 is formed on the peripheral surface 12b opposed to a stator not illustrated in a specific thickness by a spraying means such as gas spraying, etc., and then, a rotary shaft is penetrated and fixed to form a rotor 11. According to the constitution, a harmonic component mixed in an output current from an inverter device is such that its energy as an overcurrent is largely consumed when it is acted on the rotor 11. While, a flux component of basic exciting frequency contributing to turning effort is acted as the turning effort without consuming energy so much. As a result, vibration or noises caused by the harmonic component can be reduced and, at the same time, the conductive layer is formed by spraying, so that bad conditions such as coming off, etc., can be prevented.
