Title:
INVERTER SYSTEM
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JP3918148
Kind Code:
B2
Abstract:

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent over excitation if torque boost voltage is largely set to acquire high starting torque in a multipurpose inverter and the like.
SOLUTION: An induced voltage indication Em* is acquired from an inverter's primary frequency indication ω1*, then a torque boost voltage indication ΔVz* corresponding to the ω1* from a torque boost voltage indicator 8 and standard phase indication θd* from an integrator 9 are output. Exciting current Id (equivalent to no-load current) of a motor is detected by a uvw/dq exchanger 11. Deviation of exciting current limitation level indication Idmax* and exciting current detection value Id is input in a limiter process part 13, and torque boost voltage compensation amount ΔVc to change the ΔVz* is output so that the Id reaches at the Idmax* or less. The inverted ΔVz* is regarded as the lowest limiter value of the limiter process part. A last torque boost voltage indication after compensation ΔVt* is determined by adding these ΔVc and ΔVz*, and a q axis voltage indication Vq* of inverter output voltage is determined by adding these ΔVt* and Em*.
