Abstract:
PURPOSE: To decrease the leakage reactance of a single phase bridge circuit for converting a high DC power into an AC power through high frequency switching.
CONSTITUTION: A metal conductor substrate 30 having a hole 31 for conducting a refrigerant is provided, on the surface and rear thereof, with arms of semiconductor switch elements Q1(Q3) and Q2(Q4) each consisting of IGBT or the like. The arms are pressed by a thin plate metal conductor 35, a cushion member 37, a leaf spring 28, etc., and secured in place thus forming a single phase bridge circuit. This structure decreases the leakage reactance of a connection conductor.
