Abstract:
PURPOSE: To allow turn ON/OFF of a switching element by allowing a capacitor in a charge pump circuit to be charged from the start of outputting waveform.
CONSTITUTION: A resistor 10a is connected in order to charge a capacitor 3b in a charge pump circuit upon throw-in of power thus producing a desired waveform from the start of outputting waveform. Consequently, a switching element can be driven from the start of outputting waveform. Since an undisturbed waveform can be outputted, an intended waveform can be obtained at the time of starting output. When such inverter unit is employed for driving a motor, starting characteristics of motor can be enhanced.
