Abstract:
PURPOSE:To obtain the prescribed high-frequency output by the small sized device by a method wherein transistors of the plural number are connected in a bridge type, and frequencies and the pulse durations of pulse signals to be applied to the gates of the respective transistors are controlled. CONSTITUTION:An AC current of commercial frequency is inputted between input terminals U, V. When the transistors TR3 and TR8 are made to the ON condition, a current flows from the terminal U to the transistor TR3, a diode D3, a tank circuit, a diode D8, the transistor TR8 and the terminal V, when the transistors TR2, TR5 are made to the ON condition, a current flows from the terminal U to the transistor TR2, a diode D2, the tank circuit, a diode D5, the transistor TR5 and the terminal V, and when the transistors TR1, TR6 or the transistors TR4, TR7 are made to the ON condition, a current flows from the terminal V. Frequency, electric energy of a high-frequency current to flow in the tank circuit are controlled by frequencies, the pulse durations of pulse signals to be supplied to the bases of the respective transistors.
