Abstract:
PURPOSE: To suppress the growth of miscellaneous bacteria by adhering antibacterial metal to the abrasive grain surface in the pores of a grindstone provided with linked pores.
CONSTITUTION: Aqueous solution containing antibacterial metal ion is impregnated into a grindstone provided with linked pores, and then heating is performed to adhere antibacterial metal to the abrasive grain surface in the linked pores. The propagation of miscellaneous bacteria is thereby suppressed even with the entering of triturated food.
