Abstract:
To provide an ion exchange apparatus integrated with a filtration membrane which integrates an ion exchange apparatus and a membrane filtration apparatus capable of saving space and is easy to handle.SOLUTION: An ion exchange apparatus integrated with a filtration membrane 1 has an inlet pipe 3 for primary pure water W1 inserted at the periphery of a container 2 filled with ion exchange resin R, and an outlet part 4 in the center of the container 2. The outlet part 4 has a tubular ultrafiltration membrane 5. A strainer 5A is provided at the lower end of the ultrafiltration membrane 5. In the ultrafiltration membrane (UF membrane) 5, a plurality of hollow fiber membranes 6 is installed, and on the upper side of the ultrafiltration membrane 5, a discharge part 7 for treated water (ultrapure water) W2 and a drainage part 8 for condensate are formed.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
