To provide a system for regenerating an ion exchange apparatus for adsorbing/removing ions existing in the liquid to be treated by using an ion exchange resin, in which the consumption of a regenerating agent is saved while securing the treated liquid having predetermined quality.
The system 1 for regenerating the ion exchange apparatus 2 for adsorbing/removing ions existing in the liquid to be treated by using the ion exchange resin is characterized in that the regenerating agent is supplied from a regenerating agent supplying means 7 to the ion exchange apparatus 2. A temperature detecting means 8 of the liquid to be made to pass in the ion exchange resin is arranged so that the consumption of the regenerating agent to be required to secure the treated liquid having predetermined quality is calculated on the basis of the value detected by the temperature detecting means 8 and the regenerating agent supplying means 7 is controlled on the basis of the calculated consumption of the regenerating agent.
