Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an ion exchange device capable of realizing a more compact outer shape by effectively utilizing the internal space of a housing.SOLUTION: There is provided an ion exchange device 1 which comprises a pressure tank 2, a regeneration liquid supply unit, a piping unit, a flow path control valve unit and a housing, wherein the regeneration liquid supply unit and the piping unit are respectively arranged on both sides across the pressure tank 2, the flow path control valve unit is arranged above the pressure tank, the height of the pressure tank and the flow path control valve unit is set lower than the height of the regeneration liquid supply unit, the piping unit is an assembly including a raw water pipe 51, a treated water pipe 52, a bypass pipe 53, bypass switching valves 515 and 531 and a valve group comprising a vacuum relief valve 512, a check valve 514, a pressure reducing valve 516 and a pressure relief valve 518 and the assembly of the piping unit is arranged above and along the side of the pressure tank 2.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 9
