Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a production method of a titanium oxide compound-based ion exchanger excellent in ion exchange performance for removing radioactive strontium, cesium or the like from contaminated water, and an ion adsorption device and a water treatment system each comprising the ion exchanger.SOLUTION: There is provided an ion-exchange material containing K, Ti, Nb and O and having diffraction angle 2θ having peaks in both ranges of 13.0° to 13.4° and 11.2°to 11.6° in an X-ray diffraction spectrum using a Cu-Kα ray source. A strength ratio of the first peak to the second peak of the ion-exchange material is preferably 2.0 to 5.0.SELECTED DRAWING: None
