Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an ion exchange resin contact tank of a low cost having a structure that enables a large amount of ion exchange resin to sufficiently contact with a large amount of raw water.SOLUTION: The ion exchange resin contact tank comprises a contact tank 11 of a circular shape in plane view, a raw water supply tower 12 erected on the center part of the contact tank 11, a rotary cylinder body 13 disposed on the outer circumference of the raw water supply tower, a plurality of raw water ejection pipes 14 radially disposed in a protruding manner around the rotary cylinder body to rotate according to the rotation of the rotary cylinder body, a plurality of raw water ejection holes disposed on the pipe wall of each of the raw water ejection pipes, a raw water introduction route 24 for introducing raw water into the raw water supply tower, a raw water supply path 12 for supplying the rotary cylinder body with the raw water having been introduced into the raw water supply tower, an ion exchange resin separation part 15 disposed on an intermediate part in the vertical direction of the contact tank, and a treated water discharge part 16 disposed above the ion exchange separation part.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
