An ion exchange resin tower 10 in the transferring device of an ion exchange resin is provided with a pipe line 11 storing a stock solution within the ion exchange tower, a discharging pipe line 12 of the treatment water treated by the ion exchange resin within the ion exchange tower, a pipe line 14 for charging the ion exchange resin which has been regenerated into the ion exchange tower, a pipe line 15 for withdrawing the saturated ion exchange resin within the ion exchange tower, a pipe line 16 for injecting a water into the ion exchange resin tower and a filter medium 17 for retaining the ion exchange resin within the ion exchange tower as well as penetrating a water. An ion exchange resin transferring vessel 20 is provided with a filter medium 24 for retaining the ion exchange resin within the vessel as well as penetrating a water, a pipe line 23 for injecting a water into the vessel, a pipe line 21 for withdrawing the ion exchange resin which has been regenerated, a discharging pipe 22 for draining a water within the vessel and a pipe line 25 for charging the saturated ion exchange resin from the ion exchange tower.
