Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an ion exchange unit which can easily replace ion exchange resin.SOLUTION: The ion exchange unit comprises a container which stores an ion exchange resin, a water supply path which supplies water from above the container, an ion exchange resin supply path which supplies the ion exchange resin before use together with pure water from above the container, a pure water discharge path which has a first on-off valve and discharges the pure water from the bottom of the container, an ion exchange resin discharge path which has a second on-off valve and discharges used ion exchange resin in the container together with water from the bottom of the container, and a filter which prevents the ion exchange resin from being discharged from the pure water discharge path. The ion exchange unit can replaces the ion exchange resin without inclining the container.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
