Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make a device fast in processing speed, easy for maintenance and safe in processing even a material including radioactive waste.
SOLUTION: In a device containing a processing tray 4A loading ion exchanger resin in a processing vessel 10 making the inside be atmosphere including oxygen, causing discharge by electromagnetic effect of a high frequency induction coil 8A, acting the active oxygen obtained by the discharge on the ion exchanger resin and ash-processing the resin, the processing vessel 10 is provided with a supply means having a supply chamber 25, an extension mechanism 28 and a supply pipe 27 and an exhaust means having a recovery chamber 34 capable of maintaining air-tight, an extension mechanism 30 and an exhaust pipe 31. The processing tray 4A is loaded on a moving stage 13 capable of moving in vertical direction and rotating around the axis and air- tightness is maintained to supply and exhaust ion exchanger resin.
