Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an ion exchanger that can prevent entry of insects and the like into a regenerant tank for a relatively long period of time without providing a sealing member, such as a packing, in a lid of the regenerant tank.SOLUTION: An ion exchanger 1 comprises a salt water tank 4. The salt water tank 4 is composed of a salt water tank body 40 having a salt supply port 412 for salt supply and a lid body 624 opening and closing the salt supply port 412. The salt supply port 412 has a cylindrical shape, and an outer periphery of the cylindrical shape is formed with a screw 4121. The lid body 624 includes a lid plate part 6241 and a cylindrical side plate part 6242 extending from a periphery of the lid plate part 6241, and an inner periphery of the side plate part 6242 is formed with a screw 6243. When the salt supply port 412 is covered with the lid body 624 from above and the screw 6243 of the lid body 624 is fastened to the screw 4121 of the salt supply port 412, an inner surface of the lid plate part 6241 of the lid body 624 and an upper edge of the salt supply port 412 are brought into close contact with each other.
