Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem in which, the conventional air conditioners require to consume a large amount of energy by applying pressure required by machines indoor and outdoor for cooling heat generated by compression by applying pressure to a fluid and cooling by releasing from the pressure and blowing, to use electric power for discharge sterilization devices such as plasma clusters and nanoes, and to periodically replace.SOLUTION: Temperature change due to activities of free electrons present in the air is used for cooling by magnetizing a gas to recover free electrons, which change to temperature increase, by making a magnetic path and discharge as electricity for cooling, and for heating by releasing free electrons. By magnetizing the gas, bonding with atmospheric humidifying moisture is promoted by making oxygen in the atmosphere negative ion to make hydrogen dioxide and sterilize bacteria in the atmosphere.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 8
