Abstract:
To provide an ion permeable membrane showing sufficient mechanical strength and ion permeation function, and a method for producing the same.SOLUTION: An ion permeable membrane comprises: ion conductor particles; a fiber substrate; and voids. The ion conductor particles comprise: parts buried into the fiber substrate; and parts exposed to the surface of the fiber substrate. The fiber substrate comprises a swellable polymer, the maximum dimensions of the voids are below 5 μm, and the ion permeable membrane has a connection part continuous from the upper face to the lower face by the exposed parts in the thickness direction of the ion permeable membrane.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1B
