To provide an ion separation recovery system which has stable ion separation performance even when the temperature of a treatment liquid and the concentration of ions to be separated are changed during electrophoresis treatment and an ion separation recovery method.
The ion separation recovery system 1 includes: an electrophoresis ion separation recovery apparatus 10 which has a couple of electrodes 12 in which voltage is applied between a first electrode 13 and a second electrode 14, carries out the electrophoresis treatment of a solution 80 to be treated to separate it into a first solution 81 and a second solution 82, and discharges them; a measurement part 50 which measures at least one liquid control parameter selected from ion concentration, conductivity, a flow rate, and liquid temperature with regard to at least one in-system circulation liquid selected from the solution 80 to be treated, the first solution 81, and the second solution 82; and a control part 60 which carries out the control of at least one selected from the control of the flow rate and liquid temperature of the in-system circulation liquid, the control of voltage applied to a couple of the electrodes 12, and the control of the electrode distance of a couple of the electrodes 12.
