Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To shorten the arrival time until the set pH value of ionized water attains the value within a prescribed range by changing the increase or decrease of the electrolytic voltage to be impressed on electrode plates and the detection speed of the pH value according to the level of the pH valve of the ionized water detected by a pH sensor. SOLUTION: The pH value of the ionized water desired to the formed is inputted by a pH setting means 19 and the raw water from a raw water pipe 1 is guided to an electrolytic cell 7 by opening a faucet 2 in the case of forming the ionized water. On the other hand, a plus voltage and minus voltage are impressed on the electrode plates 9, 10 disposed in electrolytic chambers 7a, 7b, by which the ionized water is formed. At this time, the electrolytic voltage at the other flow rate level is calculated from the flow rate level and electrolytic voltage when the pH value of the initially formed ionized water attains the value within the prescribed value of the set pH value by a control means 14. This electrolytic voltage is so controlled as to be impressed on the electrode plates 9, 10. As a result, the pH value of the ionized water is stabilized within the prescribed range of the set pH value in a short period of time.
