Abstract:
To provide an ionizer and a static elimination system, capable of improving static elimination performance even in the case of using ion conveyance.SOLUTION: An ionizer includes: a chamber 20; an air supply path 10 for supplying ion conveyance gas into the chamber 20; an ultrasonic type atomiser disposed so as to generate water fine particles inside the chamber 20; a soft X-ray generator 40 disposed so as to irradiate the inside of the chamber 20 with a soft X-ray; and a conveyance path 50 for conveying an ionized airflow generated inside the chamber 20.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
