PURPOSE: To provide the titled compsn. having excellent adhesiveness and resistance to oil, wear and impact, consisting of an ionomer and a specified modified block copolymer (or its ion-crosslinked product).
CONSTITUTION: 1W99wt% ionomer(a), in which carboxyl groups in a copolymer of an α,β-unsaturated carboxylic acid with other copolymerizable monomer are ion-crosslinked with one or more ions selected from monovalent to trivalent metallic ions, and 99W1wt% modified block copolymer (b) obtd by bonding a molecular unit contg. unsaturated carboxyl (derivative) groups to a block copolymer composed of at least one arom, vinyl compd. polymer block A and at least one olefin compd. polymer block B (20% or less of the unsaturation of block B being hydrogenated) and/or ion-crosslinked product (b) obtd. by ion-crosslinking the carboxyl (derivative) groups of said modified block copolymer with one or more ions selected from monovalent to trivalent metallic ions, are blended together.
