Title:
IRON-CHROME-NICKEL HEAT RESISTANT ALLOY
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JPH09279309
Kind Code:
A
Abstract:

To produce an inexpensive Fe-Cr-Ni heat resistant alloy excellent in high temp. strength by preparing an Fe-Cr-Ni heat resistant alloy having a specified componental compsn. and in which the value of the specified inequality is prescribed.

An Fe-Cr-Ni heat resistant alloy having a compsn. contg., by weight, 0.01 to 0.10% C, ≤2% Si, ≤2% Mn, 14 to 18% Cr, 0.5 to 1.5% Nb+Ta, 2.0 to 3.0% Ti, 0.8 to 1.5% Al, 30 to 35% Ni, 0.001 to 0.01% B, 0.001 to 0.01% Ca+Mg, ≤0.5% Cu, ≤0.02% P, ≤0.01% S, ≤0.01% O, ≤0.01% N, and the balance Fe with inevitable impurities, in which the content of Al+Ti+Ta is regulated to 5.0 to 7.0% and Ti/Al is 1.0 to 1.5 (each element is shown by atomic %) and M value shown by the inequality is regulated to ≤0.95 is prepd. In this way, the inexpensive Fe-Cr-Ni heat resistant alloy in which the content of Ni is reduced and excellent in high temp. strength can be obtd.
