Title:
IRON CONTENT MEASURING APPARATUS
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JP3358691
Kind Code:
B2
Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain an apparatus for measuring the iron content accurately when the dissolution rate of ion component in a liquid to be measured is high.
SOLUTION: A liquid to be measured 3 is carried on a carrying liquid and combined with a reaction liquid 2 for ionizing the ion components in the liquid to be measured. The liquid to be measured, where the iron components are ionized, is then combined with a coloring liquid 8 and a colored liquid to be measured is introduced to a detector where the concentration of iron component in the liquid to be measured is determined. The measuring apparatus comprises a heat resistant capillary 5 for heating the liquid to be measured, combined with the reaction liquid for ionizing the iron components, under pressure.
