In this iron core for the rotating electric machine, core members 3, 4 are formed by arranging the plurality of teeth core pieces 2 of which a plurality of pole teeth 9 are protruded in a band form on one side, the plurality of core members 3, 4 are laminated so that edges adjoining to each other in a laminate direction of each of the teeth core pieces 2 are overlapped, the edges of the respective overlapped teeth core pieces 2 are rotatably connected to be annularly configured through a connection means, and the front ends of the plurality of pole teeth 9 of the respective teeth core pieces 2 are formed so as to be overlapped by each other adjoining in the laminate direction.
