Title:
IRON GOLF CLUB SET
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JP2000233033
Kind Code:
A
Abstract:

To provide an iron golf club set capable of reducing the dispersion of swing among clubs of different counts and stabilizing the flying distance and the direction of a ball with respect to the iron golf club set.

The inertia spindles passing the center of gravity G are represented, and the weight members made of metals (vanadium, lead and the like) of different specific gravities are mounted in a toe part and a heel part of an iron club head 1, so that the magnitude of a ratio of axial lengths from the center of gravity on an intersection of three inertia spindles orthogonal to one another of an inertia elliptic body 5 passing through the center of gravity of the iron club head 1, to the inertia elliptic body surface, and an inclination angle projecting the inertia spindles are determined with an approximately constant range with respect to the iron club set.
