Abstract:

To provide an iron material for paddy fields which can easily and surely restore the iron-component of paddy fields lacking iron and promotes the absorption of the iron-component and nutrient elements into plants without allowing salts to remain and accumulate in soil.

The iron material for paddy fields is obtained by impregnating a porous iron body with an aqueous solution of ammonium iron citrate or an aqueous solution of one or ≥2 kinds among citric acid, ammonia, and ammonium salt and/or a water dispersion solution of one or ≥2 kinds selected from the plant growth nutrient elements containing one or ≥2 kinds of nitrogen, phosphorus, potassium, calcium, sodium, magnesium, manganese, zinc, iron, copper, molybdenum, boron, silicon, sulfur, and chlorine.
