Abstract:
PURPOSE:To thin and simplify a device, and to attain extremely uniform irradiation strength distribution on a surface to be irradiated by irradiating a surface by means of moving a tube-shaped irradiation source along the surface to be irradiated. CONSTITUTION:The tube-shaped irradiation source 1, whose length in a longitudinal direction is composed longer than the width of the surface 2 to be irradiated, is positioned almost parallel to the surface 2, and the tube irradiation source 1 is composed to irradiate by moving in the direction which is almost vertical to its longitudinal direction along the surface 2. Thus the irradiation source 1 comes extremely close to the surface 2, while extremely uniform irradiation strength distribution is attained on the surface 2. By further bringing the irradiation source 1 close to the surface 2, high irradiation strength is attained even if output of the irradiation source 1 is low.
