PURPOSE: To impart weighting activity to vital energy, by irradiating an object to be irradiated with a single-pole electromagnetic wave using a magnet or the coil wound around the core parallelly provided to said magnet and a high frequency generating circuit supplying a high frequency pulse having positive polarity to said coil.

CONSTITUTION: A permanent magnet 2, the core 3 close thereto and the coil 4 wound around said core 3 are provided in a case 1 and a high frequency generating circuit 5 applying a high frequency pulse having positive polarity and a power source 6 supplying a current to said circuit 5 are provided to the coil 4. Therefore, when a high frequency pulse (several ten MH2 W several hundred MH2) is applied to the coil 4 from the high frequency generating circuit 5, a single-pole electromagnetic wave is generated and exerts effect on the magnetic field and electric field of the molecule of a substance to make it possible to attain activation.
