Abstract:
PURPOSE: To obtain a reversible circuit element which can be miniaturized regardless of the sizes of the values of matching capacitance.
CONSTITUTION: A circulator 1 has a multilayer substrate 3 for forming a center electrode 16a and capacitance for matching. The multilayer substrate 3 is formed by laminating plural sheets of dielectric sheet where the center electrode or a capacitance electrode for matching is formed and integratedly firing,them. Capacitance for matching is composed by connecting a laminated type capacitance part composed by laminating many sheets of dielectric sheet held by a pair of capacitance electrodes in parallel. On the upper surface of the multilayer substrate 3, a first recessed part 26 for accepting a ferrite 21 and a second recessed part 25 for accepting a permanent magnet 5 are provided at the location confronting the center electrode 16, and at this inside, each ferrile 4 and permanent magnet 5 is mounted.
