Abstract:
PURPOSE: To send a reply message corresponding to a caller when an incoming call comes at the automatic reply setting.
CONSTITUTION: A storage device 305 is provided with a reply message registration memory storing plural reply messages and a destination number registration memory storing the cross reference between the reply message and a specific opposite destination number. When a call comes from an ISDN at the automatic reply setting, a caller is identified by a call number and when the call number indicates the specific destination number, the corresponding message is sent. When the call number is a number not registered, a reply message for an unregistered number is sent.
