Abstract:
PURPOSE: To smoothly implement initial call setting operation by connecting a terminal equipment to an ISDN even when no station feeding detection function is provided.
CONSTITUTION: When a multi-link setting operation of a layer 2 is not normally finished in a D-channel transmission control section 10, while the call setting operation is not finished, a terminal identifier (TEI) automatic allocation procedure is executed with an ISDN, a new TEI is acquired and the multi-link setting operation is again implemented by using the newly acquired TEI.
