PURPOSE: To provide an isocyanate reactive compositions stable and uniform until used in the production of polyurethane and polyurea.
CONSTITUTION: An isocyanate reactive compd. is characterized in that a first isocyanate reactive compd. having functionality of 2-4 and average equivalent of 500-5,000 and a second isocyanate reactive compd. usually immiscible with the first isocyanate reactive compd. and having functionality of at least 2 and average equivalent of 30-5,000 are compounded and a stabilizing effective amt. of a surfactant composed of carboxylic acid ester or amide having a terminal acid group selected from carboxymethyl, sulfate, sulfonate, phosphate and phosphonate (a methyl radical of a carboxymethyl group is not directly bonded to carbon atoms of unsaturated hydrocarbon chain containing two or more carbon atoms) is contained.
