To produce an isocyanate-containing microcapsule which has excellent water resistance and dispersibility due to a small particle size, and enables a stable keeping for a long term, and its manufacturing method.
An isocyanate-containing solution is prepared by mixing and solving dicyclohexylmethane-4,4'-diisocyanate, isoparaffin, and ethyl acetate as a solving process. Next, an aqueous polyvinylalcohol solution and sodium dodecylbenzenesulfonate are added to the isocyanate-containing solution, which is agitated by a homomixer to prepare an O/W emulsion as a dispersion process. Further, as a film forming process, an aqueous diethylenetriamine solution is added while the O/W emulsion is agitated, which is heated and agitated for six hours. Thus, a dispersion of the isocyanate-containing microcapsule wherein dicyclohexylmethane-4,4'-diisocyanate, and isoparaffin are included with an isocyanate polymerization film can be obtained.
