To quickly and surely isolate an exhaust duct without labor in a simple device operated from the outside by separating the exhaust duct into two, inserting an isolation plate between the two parts from the outside, and holding and clamping it between the ends of the separated parts.
An exhaust duct (c) is separated into two in its bending part on the cyclone side, and an isolation plate (d) is inserted between separated parts 3 and is held and clamped by the ends of the separated parts 3. That is to say, when the drying-column side is cleaned, a ring 7 for clamping is separated from a ring 6 for clamping by turning the handle 9' of a fixture 9 with a handle for clamping; the movement of the ring 7 for clamping, namely, the movement of a short duct 14, can be realized by using a flexible film 18 made of a synthetic resin or the like; and the isolation plate (d) is inserted between the ring 7 for clamping and the ring 6 for clamping which are separated from each other and the isolation plate (d) is held and clamped between the ends of the exhaust duct (c) separated into the drying column side and the cyclone side by returning the handle 9' to its original position.
