To provide an isotropic pressure pressurizing device and a method eliminating defects of a conventional art and shortening a cycle time.
This isotropic pressure pressurizing device is provided with a processing chamber 18 surrounded with a heat insulating layer 10 in a high pressure vessel 2 and a heating device 17 in the processing chamber 18, and processes a processing object 1 by hot isotropic pressure in the processing chamber 18. The inside of the high pressure vessel 2 is provided with a waiting chamber 19 for storing the processing object 1 outside the processing chamber 18, the heat insulating layer 10 is provided with an insulating layer opening part 11 allowing the free insertion/pulling-out of the processing object 1 from the waiting chamber 19 to the processing chamber 18 and a opening/closing device 12 freely opening/closing the opening part 11.
