When the teller operates the window terminal 2 and obtains transaction data of the customer from the host computer 5 and transmits a medium issuing request and transaction data from the window terminal 2 to the PC server 6, the PC server 6 refers to the loaded medium table 7 and judges whether the objective medium can be issued or not. The medium issuing command and printing data are outputted to the bankbook/bond issuing machine 3 and he bankbook/bond issuing machine 3 is caused to issue the medium in the bankbook/bond issuing system.
