Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To facilitate the assembling of a conical roller bearing.SOLUTION: A conical roller bearing is equipped with an outer ring 36 which has an outer ring track surface 36a expanding a diameter from one side to the other side in an axial direction; an inner ring 32 which has an inner ring track surface 32a and a large collar portion 32c projecting outward in a diametrical direction on the other side; a plurality of conical rollers 34; an annular holder 38 which holds the plurality of conical rollers 34 at intervals in a circumferential direction; and an annular holding member 60 provided on the other side in the axial direction of the outer ring 36, and capable of holding lubricant in the inside of a bearing. The holding member 60 has a cylinder portion 62 provided adjacent to the outer ring 36, and a projecting portion 68 projecting out from the cylinder portion 62 to the inside in the diametrical direction. The cylinder portion 62 is provided with a diametrical direction inside portion 51 provided with the projecting portion 68, and a slit separating a diametrical direction outside portion 52.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
