PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hanging pillow that improves stable feeling during the use and that mitigates a load on the neck and the shoulder.SOLUTION: A hanging pillow 10 includes: a placing part 1; a pair of support parts 3 that are erected from the placing part 1 with a prescribed space apart; a side frame 4 that is arranged between the pair of support parts 3; and a sheet-like pillow part 5. The pillow part 5 is connected in at least three places or continuously to the pair of support parts 3 and the side frame 4, and is connected to the side frame 4 at a place higher than to the pair of support parts 3.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 10
