Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a system for achieving an LCP during the occurrence of an earthquake in a high-rise building or the like.SOLUTION: The system includes: one or more vibration sensors 2 installed in a building; detection means 4 installed in a building body or a building to detect damages of a structure or a state of function stop; a sensor group 5 for detecting a supply state relating to a lifeline; a pipeline or the like detection part 6 for detecting connection states in the building relating to the lifeline; a processing device 1 for inputting various information detected by the vibration sensors, the detection means, the sensor group and the pipeline or the like detection part, and creating building information on the building suffered from a disaster, lifeline information on a use propriety of the lifelines in the building, and guidance information for guiding behaviors in the building; and display means 2 for displaying the information created by the processing device.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
