Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of manufacturing a multi-piece substrate excellent in dimensional accuracy.SOLUTION: A manufacturing method of a multi-piece substrate 1 in which a plurality of substrate pieces each having a cavity 15 are linked comprises: a preparation step of preparing a ceramic green sheet which becomes a ceramic sintered compact by being sintered and has a plurality of cavity formation scheduled regions 15S which are scheduled regions where the cavities 15 are to be formed; a trench formation process P3 of removing a part of the ceramic green sheet 1S between the cavity formation scheduled regions 15S next to each other to form each trench 4T; a cavity formation process P4 of pressing the cavity formation scheduled regions 15S after the trench formation process P3 to form the cavities 15S in the ceramic green sheet 1S; and a sintering process P6 of sintering the ceramic green sheet subjected to the pressing process.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 9
