Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable reduction of dust emission and improvement of lubricity, in a rolling bearing (machine element).SOLUTION: A method is for forming a solid film 15 on a bearing component of a rolling bearing 10. To the bearing component, solution containing: a fluorine compound comprising methacrylic acid 3-(trimethoxysilyl)propyl, hexafluoropropene and methyl methacrylate; and lubricant with no functional group is adhered to the bearing component as a liquid film. Then, the adhered liquid film is cured, thereby forming the solid film 15 to the bearing component.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
