Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To surely inhibit looseness resulting from vibration or the like with simple work, when a headed bolt is screwed.SOLUTION: A looseness prevention structure for a headed bolt is configured such that after a headed bolt 1 is passed through a bolt hole 22 of an upper member 21 and screwed into a lower member 24, two pins 7 of a pin support plate are passed through two drilled holes 5 of a bolt head part 2 and lowers toward an inlet corner part 23 of the bolt hole 22, a small bolt 14 for pushing-in is screwed into a small screw hole 6, the two pins 7 of the pin support plate are strongly depressed, and cutting blades 9 of wedge parts at tips of the pins are bitten into the inlet corner part 23 of the bolt hole 22, thereby inhibiting rotation of a headed bolt.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
